To paraphrase my 10th grade gym coach, “Who are these people?!” in reference to people who phone while they’re on the can. At the Hotel Le Germain in Toronto.

    I think those are meant for elderly/disabled/otherwise mobility-challenged people who might get into trouble/hurt themselves/sit down on the toilet and find they can’t get up.
