Most people never look under the cover sheet. No less the mattress. No less, the cover that covers the box spring where this gem was discovered at a Laguardia hotel. Package was facing down but flipped for the photo.
I get the sense the pill was taken and then the package stashed while the BF or John was in the bathroom.
