Literally exposed by the harsh light of day: the world’s filthiest counter top at an airport Westin. It looked fine, I opened the curtains when I checked and the setting sun it it JUST right. Yech.

Blood on a bed. Is it fair that flight attendants who deal with this crap on the job should have to find it when they’re on a romantic getaway with their sweetie?
I’ve never quite understood switching to ice machines on every other floor. When water is a line item for the hotel, you probably want to look elsewhere.
